Shutting Down
When your application closes, the WinHelp API should be called one last time to close the help. If the user has not opened help from your application, this call will do nothing. If they have used help and the help is still open, this call will close it.
lReturn = WinHelpNum(hWnd, sHelpFile, HELP_QUIT, 0&)
Make sure you use the same hWnd and the same sHelpFile as was used when the user opened help initially.
